Art Collector tours

McCaslin Art Advisory is excited to offer a new series of 1-day Art Collector Tours in 4 key art areas of London: Mayfair, Bankside, Bloomsbury & South Kensington. In partnership with Art Collector Tours, who offer art tours for collectors and art lovers around the world, we are creating and leading the Tours in London.

Taking small groups of art enthusiasts, art lovers, and collectors, we meet at one of the key art museums, for example the Royal Academy in London in Mayfair, for a coffee in the morning, then a tour around the museum. Led by Claire McCaslin-Brown, or another art specialist of the Academy, guests gain insights into the London art market, exhibitions, and artists, finishing with a group Lunch at the RA where we can continue our discussions. The afternoon comprises a guided-tour of a selection of leading commercial galleries in the area, all within walking distance, where you have the opportunity to hear more the artists exhibited and gain insights into buying art for your collection.

The Bankside District, situated along the south bank of the river Thames is a celebration of the area’s thriving creative industries with numerous art galleries, roadside installations, open studios and interactive workshops which reflect the vibrancy and diversity of Bankside. It is perhaps the richest cultural district, largely thanks to the arrival in 2000 of Tate Modern in the former Bankside Power Station. The modern Bankside holds a wealth of cultural institutions and noteworthy sites, among them a reconstruction of The Golden Hinde, the Tate Modern, and the Millennium Bridge.
